Because we work face to face, you can ask us questions, understand our valuation and get your valuation while your items are still in your possession, so you're not stuck with a low valuation and very little in the way of options! BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
In order to offer the highest possible level of service, we work on an appointment basis for all valuations. This ensures that we can give you and your items the time they deserve for a proper evaluation. Appointments are generally available on Fridays and Saturdays, though we can sometimes offer appointments on weekday evenings or Sundays, if you're unable to visit us during our standard hours.
Please note that we do not pay cash. In order to ensure that we have an accurate record of all sales, we make payment by cheque or bank transfer. This makes sure that all sales are properly recorded, offering you an extra level of protection.
